Shipping policy

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days (excluding weekends).

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. We cannot be held liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. No refunds, replacements, or credit will be issued for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately after placing your order via our Contact Us page. While we will do our best to make changes where possible, we cannot guarantee that amendments can be made once an order has been processed.

Once an order has been dispatched via our selected couriers (Royal Mail, FedEx, or UPS), tracking information will be provided.

Please note that delivery delays may occur during festive periods and national holidays. If you have not received delivery confirmation or any tracking updates, please contact us via the Contact Us page, providing your name and order number as shown in your confirmation email.
