We at the Arclight project will give you the first 30 days from receiving your goods to claim for a full refund if they are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or are not as described on our website. However, if you do not want a refund and would prefer a replacement this is also possible.
Between 30 days and 6 months, as a customer you must give us an opportunity to repair or replace the faulty Arclight. If for some reason this does not meet expectations or cannot be carried out, you may be fully refunded. It is down to you as a customer to prove the product is faulty.
After it has been more than 6 months since the purchase date, as a customer you must give us one opportunity to repair or replace the faulty Arclight. If this for some reason does not meet expectations or cannot be carried out, you may be partially refunded. It is down to you as a customer to prove the product is faulty.
In the case of faulty goods, the cost of returning goods will be refunded. If you have goods you would like to return or exchange, please return it to and quote your order number:

Credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. We will refund shipping charges only if we have sent the wrong product or the item is faulty. Please allow 7 working days from when we receive your parcel for the funds to go back into your account.
